Student Registration & Admissions
Thank you for considering Our Lady of Mercy School as you weigh educational
opportunities for your child.
Our Lady of Mercy School is a private Catholic elementary school under the ministry of
St. George and St. Margaret Church. Our Lady of Mercy School educates the child to be
Christ in the world by teaching and modeling Christian values in all aspects of the
educational process.

the registration process, please return:
The completed application
$50 application fee (per student)

A copy of your child's birth certificate

Signed Release of Records Form

Any report card/narrative from current/previous schools

The Teacher Recommendation Form will go to your child's current teacher, who
will mail it directly to Our Lady of Mercy School.
The admission of qualifying students to Our Lady of Mercy School shall follow this
order:
Siblings of current students
Parishioners of St. Margaret and St. George churches

Parishioners of other Catholic churches

All other faiths
Required Forms:
